SHIPPING:
  • We generally ship in 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. 

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday generally using USPS Parcel Post.
  • At The BananaNana Shoppe, you'll find a "No Surprise" flat shipping rate of $5.95 for orders shipped within the U.S. (except to Hawaii and Alaska - contact NanaElizabeth@BananaNana.com or call 214-394-1337 to arrange shipping to these states).  The $5.95 shipping rate applies to each "Ship To" address using ground shipping.
  • You may also select the flat shipping rate of $8.95 if you prefer your packages be sent by UPS.
  • Rush service is available for an additional charge. Just contact NanaElizabeth@BananaNana.com (or call 214-394-1337) and tell us that you need rush shipment.
  • Overseas shipping may be available - contact NanaElizabeth@BananaNana.com for further details.

    We want you to to be happy with your fun Groovy Grandma gifts. If you need to return an item*, we will be happy to replace it or give you a credit/refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase (*please see note below regarding PERSONALIZED ITEMS). Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and mail to:

    For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier and retain your courier receipt.

  • We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Personal Check, Business Check or Money Order.  Money Order purchases will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the payment.  Personal Check and Business Check purchases will be shipped immediately after bank clears the check.
